This notice, provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), concerns browsing the website www.menthorai.ai and contacts with the company. The processing of data of users of the learning platform is governed by a separate notice, available at app.menthorai.ai.

The IT systems hosting the website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet: IP addresses, time of the request, page visited, outcome of the request, browser information. This data is processed solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is kept for the strictly necessary technical period, except where needed to establish unlawful acts.
By writing to the email or certified email addresses shown on the website, users provide their address and the data contained in the message. This data is processed to respond to the request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the reply is requested by the data subject) and is kept for the time needed to handle the communication and any follow-up.
The website uses aggregate visit measurement tools that do not use cookies and do not allow individual visitors to be identified. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in knowing the overall pattern of visits.
Only if the user accepts it in the cookie banner, the website uses the Google Ads tag to measure whether MENTHORAI's ads bring visits to the free trial. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time from «Cookie preferences», at the bottom of every page. For this purpose Google processes the data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy. Ad personalisation is switched off. Details are in the cookie notice.
The data may be processed by the technical providers that host the website and ensure its security, appointed as data processors under Article 28 GDPR. The data is stored in the European Union; processing involving providers based outside the Union is governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR. With the user's consent, ad measurement data is processed by Google, including in the United States, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data is not disclosed or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
This website is informational and institutional in nature and is not intended to collect personal data of minors. Processing relating to students who use the platform is governed by the platform's privacy notice and by the safeguards described on the Ethics and transparency page.
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, data subjects may request access to their data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests should be sent to dpo@menthorai.ai. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
