I Disturbi Specifici dell'Apprendimento (DSA o SLD, Specific Learning Disorders) comprendono difficoltà come dislessia, discalculia, disortografia e disgrafia.

Si tratta di differenze nei processi cognitivi, non di limiti di intelligenza. Gli studenti con DSA possiedono le stesse capacità dei loro coetanei: semplicemente apprendono in modo diverso, e beneficiano di strumenti e strategie che rispettano il loro stile di apprendimento.

Da dove nasce

Nel 1943 Robert Wood Johnson scrisse il Credo che ancora oggi guida la Johnson & Johnson. Un testo semplice, ma rivoluzionario: metteva le persone davanti agli azionisti. E funzionò. Quelle parole hanno attraversato i decenni perché mettevano al centro la vita e la dignità.

Da quella stessa visione nasce il Credo di MENTHORAI: un impegno verso la mente umana, verso chi impara, verso chi insegna e verso chi sogna. Un atto di rispetto per l'intelligenza in tutte le sue forme, soprattutto quelle che il mondo fatica ancora a comprendere.

IL CREDO

Crediamo che ogni mente abbia una propria luce. Non va accesa. Va trovata.

Che comprendere valga più che ricordare, che la curiosità sia la forma più pura dell'intelligenza e che nessuno debba sentirsi "sbagliato" per il modo in cui impara.

Siamo nati per restituire dignità all'apprendimento, perché capire è un atto umano, non una corsa contro il tempo. Vogliamo che ogni ragazzo possa dire: «Vado al mio ritmo, ma sto arrivando.» E che nessuno gli faccia credere il contrario.

La nostra prima responsabilità è verso chi impara e chi educa, verso le famiglie che cercano fiducia, e verso una società che deve tornare a misurare il progresso non in voti, ma in comprensione.

Costruiamo tecnologia che fa luce dove serve, non dove fa più scena. Ogni algoritmo deve capire, non sostituire. Ogni dato deve essere custodito come una promessa di rispetto.

In 1943, Robert Wood Johnson wrote the Credo that still guides Johnson & Johnson today. A simple yet revolutionary text: it placed people before shareholders. And it worked. Those words have endured for decades because they put life and dignity at the center of business.
